 C A N C E L L A T I O N   P O L I C Y

Cancellation by Registrant Cancellations made up to eight weeks prior to the program start date will receive a refund of the registration amount paid less $1200 (non-refundable deposit). Half of any additional fees paid for private accommodations will be forfeited; the other half may be applied to a future program date within one year of the cancelled attendance. Cancellations made less than eight weeks prior to the program start date may receive a partial refund or have partial payment credited towards a future program at the discretion of The Lucidity Institute. Cancellation of the Program by The Lucidity Institute In the event of an unforeseen and unavoidable cancellation of the program by The Lucidity Institute, registered participants will receive a refund of monies paid less the cost of accommodations at Kalani. Registrants are advised to purchase travel insurance for the duration of their stay at Kalani.
